LEKAS, Besraya toll charges lowered from Jan 1, 2023

Reductions in toll charges for the Besraya and LEKAS expressways will take impact from 12:01am, January 1, 2023, public works minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi has introduced, in response to Bernama.

The discount is by as a lot as 15 sen for Class 1 autos passing via the Loke Yew and Mines toll plazas (North and South) on the Besraya expressway, the report wrote. “By the restructuring [of toll rates] for these two highways, the federal government is ready to save an estimated RM1.978 billion in compensation allocation throughout the concession interval, and the allocation could be channelled to satisfy different primary wants of Malaysians,” Nanta stated.
